ABOUT iS4
iS4 was created following the 2012 London Olympic Games on the heels of the historic bronze medal win by the Women's Soccer Team. It was started by four of Canada’s most decorated soccer players with the simple idea of sharing the medal with as many people across our beautiful country as possible.
What began solely as soccer camps quickly grew into a business; Our journey across Canada not only about sharing the medal but also about empowerment, leadership, resilience and team synergy.
iS4 is dedicated to empowering others through workshops, speaking engagements, team building, and soccer camps.
Our vision is to inspire young Canadians and leaders to achieve their full potential by sharing our life experiences and journeys.
We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of Canadians.
We believe in empowering through our experiences, knowledge and stories.
We are proud of being Canadian role models.
We are committed to delivering best-in-class experience for our clients.
We are four of the longest serving Canadian national soccer players in history. Collectively, we have played in 5 World Cups, three Olympic Games, and won two bronze medals in both the 2012 Olympic Games in London and the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro.
To us the London Olympics felt like a watershed moment in Canadian Soccer. Following the tournament we wanted to make sure we continued to impact Canadians not just while on the field, but also off of it. iS4 was born.
We started our soccer camps in order to inspire youth across the country, but this quickly grew into something more. Early on we recognized that we were probably not going to teach these young people a skill or a technique that was going to change their lives, so we evolved our message. We continued to run camps, but they were more about inspiration than close control of the soccer ball.
Our business evolved off the field as we found our experiences in high performance team environments applied to businesses and corporations across the country. Using our stories and learnings at the highest level of sport we speak on leadership, resilience, synergy, and empowerment.
What makes us unique from other speakers is our four-pronged team perspective. We play four different positions on the field, are from four different backgrounds, and have four different perspectives on how we work and why we have achieved the highest levels of the game. We have succeeded as athletes and leaders not in isolation; we live and thrive as successful parts of one of the best teams in the world. Although we deliver our message in different ways, we all share the same core belief; that harnessing individual potential is the key to creating successful teams.

About how 4 people from diverse backgrounds came together, inspired by something bigger than ourselves.

How our journey together and as individuals has enabled us to inspire and engage a new generation.

About teamwork, accountability, hard work and performing every day, not just for ourselves but for others.

A multifaceted talk on leadership, resilience, synergy, and empowerment from 4 very different perspectives.
Working across the country with a goal of inspiring kids from coast to cost, our camps focus on fun and creating a once in a lifetime experience.
In addition to running camps independently, iS4 has also teamed up with Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart program. Together, Jumpstart and iS4 aim to inspire kids from across the country, regardless of income level.
We have run iS4 Soccer Camps all across the country, from Vancouver Island to Halifax, and have had the chance to reach thousands of kids. The goal of our camps is to connect with kids, to inspire them, and to make their experience while training with us into one they will never forget. We focus not on developing the next soccer star, but on inspiration, fun, and empowerment.
Each clinic ends with iS4 sharing their inspirational stories and experiences. Our clinics teach soccer skills, share our stories with both players and their parents, and give the opportunity for each player to get a photo and autograph. Please contact us if you would be interested in hosting iS4 in your community.

Jumpstart and iS4 share the vision of giving every kid, regardless of location or income, access to sport. When we started iS4 our vision was to share our Olympic medal with as many people as possible from coast to coast. This vision remains, and has been taken to another level thanks to Jumpstart. Together, we are working to inspire every kid through sport.

Drawing from our experiences in high performance and high pressure team environments, we share our stories and insights into Leadership, Resilience, Synergy and Empowerment. Our message is presented by four different individual perspectives and personalities, representing a true team dynamic. Together, we believe that empowering individuals power successful teams.
Using stories and experiences from our careers, we deliver a multifaceted talk on leadership, resilience, synergy, and empowerment. We have been a part of teams that floundered, and those that succeeded far above expectation, and we share our learnings from our four very different perspectives. Our talk is geared towards empowering women, leaders, businesses and team environments.
Our team dynamic and connection is what sets us apart from other speakers out there. We each have four very different personalities, with very different strengths and weakness, allowing us to connect with more of our audience. We have been through the greatest lows to the greatest highs together, and endured through the greatest challenges a team can face.
We have learned through it all that empowering individual, both ourselves and each other, is what powers successful teams.

To me leadership is the ability to help turn a vision into reality through an individual's influence on others.

Synergy is when Individuals with different talents, backgrounds, and experiences, find common ground in creating something bigger and better than they could have alone.

Rhian’s personal mantra is “no shortcuts” and speaks about the work needed to create the most connected and effective teams.
Resilience isn't just getting through hard times, or past obstacles, it's about coming out the other end stronger than you were, and more sure about who you are.
Diana Matheson has been a member of Canada’s Women’s Soccer team since 2003. Second all-time in games played for Canada, she is most known for scoring the winning goal against France that earned Canada the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Diana attended Princeton University and graduated with honors with a degree in economics. Since graduating, Diana has played professional soccer in both Norway and the United States, currently playing for the Washington Spirit in the National Women’s Soccer League in the US.
Diana missed most of the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada after suffering both a torn ACL and a broken foot in the year leading up to the tournament. Diana shares her story of resilience in her journey to be a part of that team.
Diana is currently still active with both Canada Soccer and the Washington Spirit.
Before you can lead or empower anyone, you must empower yourself. What is your WHY in life. How do you live a purposeful life? In playing for our country, and seeing that if we empowered ourselves and each other we could inspire a nation, this topic was a big part of who we are as athletes, but even more as people.
Karina LeBlanc is the longest serving Women’s Soccer Player in Canadian Soccer history. She played in 5 World Cups, 2 Olympic Games, played professionally for 12 years, and represented Canada for 17 years.

iS4 has had the unbelievable good fortune of being mentored by some of the greatest business people Canada has to offer. Strong people who are confident in themselves and what they do. They spend their days working highly successfully and, what we were soon to find out, their tiny specs of free time helping those around them.
We are well aware how fortunate we are to have such incredible people in our lives. We are in no doubt that without Ron, Matt, Dina, and Carol and Jonathan Colley, we would not be where we are now! Thank you!
